Harvard Medical School's Dr. Augustus White III Speaks at Hofstra

As part of the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine's lecture series, entitled The Complete Physician: Educating Tomorrow's Caregivers, the school hosted Dr. Augustus White III, who presented a lecture based on his book, Seeing Patients: Unconscious Bias in Health Care. Dr. White is the Ellen and Melvin Gordon Distinguished Professor of Medical Education and Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Harvard Medical School.
