O - Wait they already did like when Microsoft tried to sue Linux groups for patent infringement . patent , and copyright is out dated .
Both Microsoft, and Apple took code from Linux , and BSD ... then patented code they got from the open source then turned around and tried to sue the open source group they got the code from for patent infringement... No joke ...
