I enjoyed this video much better than the ones put out by MrRobin14669.

First of all Keith, WTF have you got hanging off your damn head? And there is no reason to feel sorry for him. I feel sad that he is still not here, but I don't feel sorry for him. Sorry = pity. Pity is something I cannot feel as I think everyone, as an adult, has it in themselves to change the situation that they are in. Brian was an adult.

@OddManSam That said. I don't hold you and your post personally responsible of that of course... But I do find it both unfair and a bit unintelligent that a lot of people here on YT constantly bash one person for something a lot of others have done and gotten away with. It's also unbelievable that people just buy what the glimmers say about Brian when the power struggle inside the band during the 60's has been out in the light for a long time. Ask Wyman or others who were there.

@OddManSam No, it's never ok. If you think I wanted to defend it then you totally missed my point. I tried to give reasons for the behaviour and mainly to point out that Brian was one among others who did this and that it was different times morally. You never see comments about Hendrix behaviour towards women here on YT. Or Moon, Ozzy and others who have done the same. Why is Brian the only one who deserves to get shit over and over? Are the other Stones known to be angles? Just look at Ronnie

@atticthoughts Okay, say that they acted that way towards women because they were dealing with heavy drugs and stress. Does that make it okay? A insane man could rape and murder someone. But does it make it okay because He is insane? No, of course not. It's still wrong what Brian did. Even if he cared about them. and even if he was on heavy stress and drugs. Sorry if I sound harsh, if so, I don't mean to sound harsh. Just explaining my opinion. Thanks for reading -Sam

@OddManSam What makes you say that Brian never really loved any of them? It's often implied that Brian was alone being abusive. But he wasn't alone in treating women like crap. Look at Keith Moon or Jimi Hendrix. By todays standards we know it was wrong but back then women didn't have much to say and to those guys (dealing with heavy amounts of drugs and stress) girls were toys. Listen to the lyrics for Under My Thumb, Stupid Girl, Stray Cat Blues and others. That's how it was.

@OddManSam No one in the Stones really helped Brian. When the second bust hit Brian the glimmers showed him moral support in the beginning as he felt Brian was treated unfair by the police. They got on well during that short time. But since Brian had lost interest in the band and was pretty depressed about it all the glimmers got fed up and they became nasty towards him again. Brian needed professional help but never got any. Charlie got closer to Brian when Brian moved to Cotchford.

@Beatlesbubblegum The Stones didn't carry Brian. That's horse-shit. Brian wanted to leave in 67 but ws talked out of it by Mick because it would have been bad for the publicity. Brian was very popular among their fans. In 68 alcohol, drugs, the busts and the bullying broke Brian down. He lost interest totally in being a Stone and the Stones lost patitence with him. Then they got the chance to bring it up with the US-tour coming up. There was no firing. That's Keith's BS.

@nkmcfrln This is one side talking and the glimmers weren't exactly the nicest people towards Brian either. Remember, Brian hasn't had any chance to give us his side of the story and the glimmers are always focusing only on the negative aspects of Brian despite that pictures and stories from those days speak of happy times too. Brian was a troubled guy - no doubt. Drug-addicts tend to be that. But he wasn't this horrible person that people seem to think. It has been exaggerated.

@Spiderrico123 Charlie, Keith and Mick are being honest about Brian in this video. How would you get on with the person that they're describing? What sort of attitude would you develop towards somebody like that? You're the person that would have pulled him out of it or Brian would be alive today with the help of a modern day shrink. I don't think so buddy.
The 1964 stuff (if you dig deep) is actually more blues than anything they did after. The Classic Rock radio industrial complex has told us that the Stones were only good post Brian. Not true....Brian was the Stones in its most pure liquified form.
