The combine sniper looks like a Geth from Mass Effect 2.

@themanclaw2 ya I love Mass Effect 1 and 2 but they kinda did take some ideas from half life. look at the geth, the illusive man which is similar to the gman, and those alien things that run at you like dogs that look like the "houndeyes from HL1".

yes, but not the character model. you could never see the sniper besides the gun and the blue sniper laser. You could be right but I want to be sure. Have any screen shots as evidence?

@Jdshald I'm afraid not ,but whenever I think of the combine sniper in this game my head forwards to killzone and uses it's 3-eyed humanoid ^_^ .

In Nova Prospekt you can see in one of the monitors combine laying on a medical table with their helmets off and they look like green/pale humans and kind of like buffer stalkers.

1:13 another interesting fact : the priginal name for the main character used to be "terrence mckenna" and the game was originaly named "mckenna's mushroom trip" but valve decided to change it when they had to add human combin to the game .
