So cool that this lineup of Petra is going to tour this year and play all the old stuff again! I will be there with a fat spliff fer sure.

I grew up listening to this record and and just found out recently that Louie Weaver did not play on this record or the More Power To Ya record....Does anyone know who actually did? After hearing records Louie did play on and then going back and hearing these records again I did notice that the style on the MPTY and NOTW did not fit Louies str8 ahead rock style. The style on those 2 records is more Jeff Porcoro style than Louie's True style. So that would make Back To The Street his 1st record.

Bizarre....when I tried replying to exclusionjoe in my email account, it kept giving me error msgs...but now there are two..... And to the whole weed debate, wow, can't wait to ask God. I do believe things in moderation, such as I don't really ever get drunk, but considering Jesus's first miracle, we know some wine is not a sin. Medically speaking, pot is less harmful, it grows naturally and doesn't need fermentation. I'm a type 1 diabetic it is better than booze? God, what do you say?

@exclusionjoe LOL. I don't enjoy playing the weird shape guitars either for the same reasons, but, ironically enough my main guitar right now is an ESP/LTD. The weird shapes are just cool to look at. I've had a couple of Flying V's in the past 30 years, a Jackson and an Epiphone, but found I had to rest the middle of the V on my leg to play sitting down or hike the strap up super high when standing. @exclusionjoe LOL. I don't care for playing the weird shape guitars either, but my main guitar right now IS an ESP LTD. I"ve hada couple of flying V's in the past 20 years but found I had to rest the "crotch" of the V on my leg in order to play it sitting down or hike the strap up so it was up to my chest when playing standing up. It'd be cool to see a Petra album cover guitar, whether or not for playing, just as art piece if nothing else. God Bless and Merry Christmas!

@smn3675 check out a company called ESP Guitars and thier sister company LTD Guitars they have the pretty crazy and wild shapes and there is also a company called B.C. RICH Guitars that make some pretty wild designs also as a guitar player I don't really like to play the wilder shapes they seem to be bulky and interfer with playing but I do have a couple wilder looking guitars hanging on my wall in my studio a Flying V and a Lita Ford designed jar shaped guitar shaped like a mason jar its awsome

@3890carz18 It isn't false doctrine. Bema is the original greek word; translated as "Judgement Seat". Look up Romans 14:10 and 2 Corinthians 5:9. In the Gospels (Matt. 27:19; John 19:13) bema is used to describe a decision or judgement made by a ruler/magistrate. Smile; Petra's theology is and always has been great ;)
