@dhf92886 the videos come in segments, this comes after dropping the tank, some people have difficulty with removing the ring, its a common mechanism, dont know if its spring loaded like old dodges though.

I can't tell by looking but I'm gonna assume he was using a BRASS chisel and hammer....brass won't spark. geeezzz guys...
