@Wulftube Ducatis are $stroke, not 2stroke... When is the last time a Harley or a BMW flat twin competed in a Superbike race ? Even in the former races known as "Battle of Twins" they were there just as showroom showoffs, never on the track.

Regarding Mr. MotorcycleEctasy, I could be wrong but I think he was saying if you have a Guzzi, you will "get" pussy and have pride and proudness. I don't think he meant it as an insult to Guzzi riders...

check your English, there's no such thing as "proudness",
it's called "pride".
Besides, any marque that'll make a motorcycle that GAINS value as it gets older, rather than depreciate, has clearly got it right.
Name any other motorcycle that can ride out of the showroom, lap Watkins Glen, ride WOT to California, lap Laguna Seca and not even require an oil change!
There's only two, Moto Guzzi and Ducati.
No Jap is capable of that.
