Oh wow she looks sooo much like my tortoise shell, Zephyr. Not only their coats (almost identical) but their faces and their builds are almost identical, as well!
Zephyr can't speak, though. Not well, at least. She's always had more of a squeak and it's really raspy and quiet.
I need to put up a video of her so you can see. It's crazy how they could be the same cat. LoL

Also, I must add, when I bought Peppy she was a 4 week old kitten at the time and she is now 10 years of age, she had an identical twin when she was born, had exact same markings and everything, her twin was also female, I was told by the sellers that they were born as twins. So you never know, maybe you have her twin because they were seperated from each other and thier mother.

Of course she can if you put the volume really high she meows at 0:14.
Those meows are mostly of hello or just attention for some effection.
