@Prechtl91 But Henry, Mamie, Grace and Louisa wouldn't exist and I personally couldn't live without Henry cuz he's amazing. Meryl wouldn't be the same woman and I love her the way she is. I have my opinion bout that and I think I have the right to express myself so if I prefer Don, I do, and if I want to say it, I do.

I'm sorry but I feel a bit weird watching this video cuz I Don is Meryl's true love cuz they've been married for such a long time, an that means something. They have 4 beautiful children and that is the proof that sometimes a door is closed to open another one. What Meryl and John had was true love but I wouldn't say that Meryl's real true love is Don, and he'll always be.

I think when John would still be alive Meryl would never have such a great career because then she wouldn't have gotten the part of Joana in Kramer vs. Kramer
I also think that you can love two times with the same intensity

@n1fanofmerylstreep I doubt that Meryl 'deeply loves without expecting anything', I think that she's an intelligent, astute woman who expects to be treated with respect, love, dignity, loyalty and basically by the same standards that she would treat her husband with.
