Watched this again and noticed the Ice Skating ring in the background. This is nowhere near Washington or Pittsburgh, PA.

I've chatted with Steve (Banachek) and went to school with his brother. This isn't in Washington, PA as advertised, there are no Malls with an escalator as in the video. My best guess would be South Hills Village which is between Washington and Pittsburgh.
