Feb 13, 2011. Ordeal of getting 2 judges the cash. In the Luzerne scandal trial, a lawyer and his staffer told about cramming $100s and $50s into a box and cursing.
When Jill Moran went to work for Robert Powell's law firm, she never thought her career as an attorney would come down to this dismaying moment: watching in shock as Powell, cursing and muttering, stuffed wads of cash into a FedEx box that he wanted her to hand-deliver to the president judge of Luzerne County.
"These greedy [expletives] won't let me go," Powell said, his hands full of $100 and $50 bills. "Take this to them, and hopefully it will be over."

Sandy Fonzo, mother of Edward Kenzakoski III, created tee shirts to wear to ex-judge Mark Ciavarella's sentencing on Thur Aug 11. Fonzo's son committed suicide after going in front of Ciavarella and being put in jail for a minor offense. Fonzo handed out the tee shirts on Monday evening, August 8 to friends and family who will be at the sentencing to support Fonzo and other parents. Ciavarella will be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Edwin Kosik.

May 27, 2011. Appeals denied, Ciavarella moves closer to sentencing. Kids-for-cash Judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr. moved one step closer to a prison term Thursday when a federal judge refused to overturn a jury's finding that he is guilty of racketeering, conspiracy and fraud.

@ArgotMay Bosco was abusing kids in Saskatchewan.( 1987) they ran out when they were about to be reviewed. They moved Big Valley Jamboree to Camrose & "services" to Alberta. They have always been a trafficking center for the Mormon mill. They get kids moved into their societies and the Mormon church. Here in Alberta they are doing a lot of drugging and abuse by false allegations of mental illness. They take a lot of babies through LDS Family Services. They're embedded in CPS here.+ Ontario.

In Prince Gearge British Columbia Judge David ramsey has been abusing teen girls and has been supported in thei abuse by the RCMP. In many cases the numbers of children who are abused are also false accused of mental illness when they are entered into the court system. In Alberta they are screened improperly while in shock and often after abuse by guards and requests for a specific diagnosis from the evidence teams. The children are then placed in the BOSCO attack centers or in AARC.
