@jakubiszyn96 Thing is though, that the toilet seat doesnt flip up, and even if they did, i doubt some dude gonna gonna flip it up when he's about to take a piss so chances are, some dude ended up pissing on the seat at one point, so considering these are for commercial use, it makes sense.
