Hello, Can you go into more detail about the 'green house' effect? I've never heard of this meathod/process before. I'm always up to doing something new and beneficial to my hair. Thank you for any information you can provide. :-)

@Nubianqueen001974 The Greenhouse Effect or GHE is basically applying an oil to you hair then braiding it or putting it in a bun. Then you put a shower cap on, then a scarf, then something warm like a hat. Your trying to create heat so the oils can penetrate the hair. It also helps you produce more of your natural hair oils which is good for hair growth.

No side effects with mn 2%. But when I used the mn 4% and didnt mix it up well with my oils that day I did get a headache. I got to mix it up good. That's the only side effect I experienced. I did mix sublime sulfur w/ mn mix and got alot of growth too, but the sublime sulfur gave me shedding too. So I don't use s. sulfur. If you decide to use mn, don't use it around your relaxer time. I don't use it a week before and after my relaxer.

I use mn mix and got great growth this month I made bsl again!!! What I do to expand the mix is take the African Pride Olive Miracle anti breakage cream (smells good) and mix two applications squirts of mn using the applicator tube to measure. I've also done the other way of taking mn and mixing with oils too.
