This is an arthroscopic elbow surgery for a locking elbow. The Patient is a 60 year old athlete with recurring painful locking of the elbow with running and sporting activities. The Procedure is carried out in the supine position with two types of arthroscopes one large and one very small for different parts of the elbow. A special grasper designed by Dr Reznik is used to removed the loose bodies. The patients pain and locking resolved in a week and he returned to full activies within 6 weeks after the surgery.
