Kumon should be for old people as its good brain training but for children 5 - 15 its stress. and especially for older ones they get too much homework so stupid Kumon takes their time away.
Its way too boring. Why not make it funner. Perhaps a bored game or puzzle which incorporates the maths in.
Also its makes arithmatic good, not MATHS. That's algebra nd geometry and stuff. In England we can use calculators from 12 to our final maths exam in school when we're 18. Our parents all force us!
