@bigbunce Sequels and serialization are absurd by nature. It's generally the problem with movies today. The story ended, so end it. Or have fun with it. Halloween is total fun. Before the 70s, there was a standard of adaptation taking the plots of Westerns and recontectualizing them in different settings. It's a more tasteful approach, in my big dumb faced opinion.

@jackcatfish that movie was a complete waste of everyone's time. Explain to me why it didn't have anything to do with Michel Myers. Myers is the face of the Halloween franchise. How can you make a movie without him in it? It's like making a Friday the 13th movie without Jason. You can't count the first one, either, because Jason was still in it, his mom was just the one doing the killing. You're a big dumb face.
