Frank C. does a 15 minute full body circuit training workout routine. We had to shorten the workout of course but you can watch the entire routine. He performed 8 reps of each exercise. This is something anyone with a gym membership can do in less then 15 mins. The background music is by Frank C., it's a remix to the well known song, "Hate Me Now" by Nas.
