What Happened to Jeff Hughes?

Good statement by Doug Christie, a (western) Canadian hero. That a year can pass without the police even issuing a report about Jeff Hughes' killing is a crime against justice. Any rational person knows that a report could have been given the next day. It takes a year to say what happened in the couple hours they were at Jeff's apartment, or as in the actual killing, a few seconds? It's amazing what the sheeple will tolerate in our supposed democracy.

What ever happened to this case? Where can I get updated info?

Jeff had a bulls-eye on his back placed there by the RCMP thought cops. He was a gentle soul who believed strongly in his folk. "Justified Shooting" my ass. The RCMP supervising officers on the scene loaded that rookie officer just as one would load a gun. They aimed her at Jeff and pulled the trigger. What kind of message does this send to our folk in Canada? Shall they be slaughtered like cattle at the whims of a PC State ran amok?

I just read about. I don't know what had happened to initiate the force it took for the RCMP to shoot him down.
What I do know is the integrated Major Crime Unit is investigating and I don't like power investing itself.
We'll see what happens.
The government ? The Government isn't going to do anything. The CJB(Criminal Justice Branch) will ignore witness testimony, they'll ignore forensic evidence, and they definitely will not file charges against the officers involved. The Police think they are are masters.

Doug the way I see it here in Nanaimo The Nanaimo taxpayers pay for the services of the RCMP which means that the paycheques for officers come from the city as they are partners with the police & bylaw services. Any citizen who dares speak against anyone in this partnership risks the possibility of ongoing harrassment I have lived it but then if you try to acuse them of anythything you feel is wrong it makes it worse for you. I have seen it many times over. So what do you do in this case?
