@macsux1 The 2,732,542 original buyers would probally think otherwise

dude just switch fav cars. nobody cares about tempos. that was like fords "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!" car i prefer 87 to 91 honda accords
-
@themaritimeman Aerostar/explorer/ranger engine would be RWD and have different pully and accesory positioning.
-
@topazmercury Get Daves help. Do something different, Put a General Motors 3.1 mpfi or 3800 v6 in a Tempo, It would be faster, more reliable, and sound better. Not to mention, no one has ever done that. YOu coulda just got a new tranni for that 2.3.

no mater what the others say IM BUYING A TEMPO!!! I LOVE THE CARS!!! :D

Any car can be fixed and restored, so If you like it that much go for it. The SHO motor is a great idea, I had a 94. Or maybe you could get that vette in the background.
Garrett,
If you want to have a badass ride, find a V-6 out of a Taurus SHO and swap in into a Tempo. It would be the ultimate sleeper.

you know its funny you said that cause i got a old 93' Taurus SHO but ive got to figure out whats wrong with it it wont run on all the cyilinders

Don't forget, it doesn't necessarily have to be a Tempo/Topaz you get the engine from. A Ford Aerostar or Taurus may have the same engine as well.

i think a taurus/sable engine will work but i think ive got to switch the belt pullys
