@quest8899 no it's not, it fucking sucks here. Overpriced merchandise and terrible customer service. The only good thing Best Buy has are attractive hotties at the register, that's about it.

Seems like Best Buy has lost it's focus. I called in to order one of the new tablets and was told it was "in stock and would ship within 1-2 days" by the rep. I get my order confirmation and found out it was PRE ORDERED and wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks!!!! The rep didn't even put his ID on the order because he knew he LIED to me! Also, since when is charging tax on shipping considered legal???
