This is my review of clear protector screen shields and carbon fiber from tricked out accessories (based in utah). In this video I review my factory unlocked iPhone 4, Htc sensation 4g and blackberry bold 9900 and compare each to a week old zagg shield pulled from an evo 4g that I replaced the digitizer on. Notice the discoloration and buildup that is formed with regular use of zagg over 1 week and compare to my iPhone 4 (white) clear protectors that I've had on for about a 1 1/2 weeks.

I just wanted to point out that zagg invisishield is by far the lowest quality of any screen protection and warranty policies are not lived up to by this company and often refuse warranty service or tell you to send it in to the company through the website.

When comparing a device with clear protector (or almost any other screen protector) to a device with zagg shield installed you will notice that zagg is very bumpy and very jagged whereas the clear protector is literally almost invisible as it does not discolorate keeping the device looking great, is a very smooth material, slightly smaller than the screen itself to prevent lipping or bubbling from a case, and is overall the best quality of screen protection I've seen so far from any company.

My device of choice is a white iPhone 4 factory unlocked which I paid almost $700 for. I want it to look great all of the time and maintain it for as long as I possibly can, so if I'm going to choose a protection product for my device I want to make sure I get the best quality I can find and so far clear protector is the best I've come across so far and I especially like there on the spot warranty policy (because they actually live up to it).

Thanks for watching and hope this video helps a few of you.

  • Zagg are best... enough said... You my friend are le troll!!

  • @CraigMurray1991 I beleive you bitching in the comments on my video makes you sir the troll. also if they are the best then why is it that the average zagg shield discolors and turns brown in two months? zagg is by far not only the lowest quality but also the nastiest and worst looking screen protector on the market.

  • @6Italia0 i dont think you quite understand what a screen protector is buddy! that shield has prevented the brown residue (grease, dead skin, etc) from your screen! maybe if you gave your device a clean once and a while it would last a hell of alot longer!

  • @CraigMurray1991 bro ive had clear protector on my ipad 2 since july 2011 and my daughter uses it alot more than I do (shes 2 1/2) and it still looks new, every one of my friends that have had zagg on their iphones all end up the same within 2 months from just being in their pocket. I have yet to see one zagg shield last longer than maybe 3-4 months at best without discoloring or lifting up on the edges from normal use.

  • @CraigMurray1991 watch my ipad 2 review, and yes it still looks exactly the same as when I first installed it in july

  • But how does Clear Protector affect the quality of the Retina Display of the 4 or 4S? I've tried a lot of screen protectors, including Zagg's Invisible Shield, and sadly they all degrade the quality. Oddly enough, the only screen protector that never degraded the quality, or at least I never noticed, was the original factory screen protector it came with out of the box (I knew I should have just left that on). Right now I don't have anything on my screen.

  • @gslrider honestly you cannot even tell its there, ive had clear protector on my ipad 2 since july 2011 and it still looks as if it was just installed and still just as smooth

  • @Itsacoolguysworld then why are they the shitiest? honestly even the people that work for zagg will admit they normally degrade and discolor in the first few months. They are by far the worst textured, worst material screen protector. Put zagg on a white iphone and tell me it doesn't look blue afterwards

  • The invisible shields are the best screen protectors just sayin

  • @6Italia0 ok, thanks (:

  • @Gagamel234 If I had to choose between the two I would go with the sensation, 9900 is pretty good, but still a blackberry
