Poochy is a transformation of Keitarou (I think that's the name of the fat naked kid). Though I have no idea whether this is true in this game. Hikaru is in this game, though, as hidden character.

I second this notion, though I'm not too keen about some of the characters that were left out. I don't expect any of the Rage of the Dragon characters to take part in this game, but to leave out Poochy and Hikaru is a travesty.
