I'm going to try the Giovanni thing.
But before your wash and go, how did you obtain the curls? Did you do micro twists with leave in conditioner, or...? I'm DYING to know. It seems like I have the same hair type as you (from earlier videos) and I completely fail at styling anything else but box braids, and I desperately want to try something different and cute like this. Can you please help me out? Possibly make a video where you explain and/or show it? Thanks! : D

@mellimixedmami Thanks gurl.... no I didn't diffuse it, I just smoothed a little olive oil then the giovanni and let it totally air dry before fluffing a little but. Its ALL about the product... you just have to find the right one for your hair ;)

@mellimixedmami My curls are defined from a wash and go with giovanni direct leave in. ;)

OMG I loooooove your highlights. Just found you literally bc I was doing a search bc I am wanting highlights so I have some ?s & hope you don't mind. Did you say you had an all over dye before you got highlights? If so was it hard to lift your hair since you already had an all over color? How long after getting all over color did you get highlights?

@lipstickloveaffair Yes I colored my hair about one month before I got my highlights if I am remembering correctly. I used Dark and Lovely Brown Cinnimmon. I don't remember it being difficult to lift, or at least my stylist didn't say it was lol ;)
