As Meher Baba is the infinite,power,knowledge and love of God incarnated into a human form, (previous incarnations were Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Mohammad, etc...)He is God on earth.And as God is everyone and everything, this is a poetic poem to express that Meher Baba is everything that exists.i.e. God is everything that exists.And the poem is particularly not making any distinction between God being only the pleasant things, but is also the unpleasant things as well.

Upon being asked by many people, a disciple asked Baba "I am not able to give a proper answer when people ask me as to who Meher Baba is." Baba dictated this answer: "He is the essence of your very being which provokes you to ask this question."
