I'm a long-time patron of apple products, most of which were not purchased from an actual apple store. The only time I ever step foot into an apple store is for help at the genius bar (which I must say is fantastic and always leaves me completely satisfied)
If Microsoft Stores have the same level of customer support as Apple's Genius Bars, then good for them, more power to Microsoft and their customers.

@carsivan1 that's not true -___- apple is still one of the richest companies in the world, notice how many 4s they sold in the first week, even tho jobs was dead.
