There is no medication against PMV - there is only one possibility to do something before - to vacciante them each year. But this is not possible for ferals.
You can only take extra care for them, give them a secure environment - i.e. hospitalize them in a padded cage or box because of the seizures so that they cannot hurt themselves, feed them, love them and have a lot of patience.
