Penny feels that money always slips through her fingers - this session is from the 9th DVD from the set at www.EFT-Helps.com. In this excerpt we find out all Penny's money beliefs. We all can relate to money issues.

After Penny's explanation, Gwyneth introduces tail enders. She also teaches how "to sit in the sense or echo of the statement," and we see Penny doing this.so it helps us understand how much weight these beliefs we take for granted actually carry inside us.

Then we see how these beliefs - "I'm useless," etc - actually arise from our past - illustrated by Penny's Mother events: "you can't have it," "you have to work real hard" (very common belief that most hold about money,) "people like u"s (another common restricting belief) and then the mother and grandmother said this, so it's generational.

Gwyneth gets her to focus on her mother's voice"Mother said"...and have her say all the things her Mother said - really getting her into the sense of that to show her (and the audience) how significant a role those statements have made in Penny's (and our) life.

This example ends where we see a shift in her emotional state. She's becoming really resentful, and Gwyneth encourages her to "get into that resentment." See how all this is resolved on the DVD available at
