The Blackmore solo of You fool no one from the album Burn. I'm really into the Coverdale-Huges era Blackmore sound lately, since I got my Kasleder Crossroads (hungarian) treble booster pedal. I think it sounds good, the performance can be better as per us...
Check out my Burn solo interpretation here:http://www.lazymusic.hu/?p=567 and find out more about the treble booster if you can read hungarian.
The recording is done with my 2009 blackmore strat, marshall avt150combo and the aformentined Kasleder Crossroads booster.

  • Thank you! I always and only use clean with boosters. On the Crossroad I use shine 1,2 or 3 but mainly 2 and I set the gain around 12 o'clock. On the amp I think you should try almost maximum bass, a little less middle and almost no treble. In this video the delay makes the tone milder I guess. Let me know if it was any helpful!

  • Hi, great playing and fantastic Blackmore "Burn" tone. I purchased a Kasleder booster after hearing this and wondered what your amp eq and pedal settings were in this video. Also were you using the clean, crunch or lead shannel of the Marshall.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
