where do i go if i want to play the lost and damned? if says to enter the GTAIV disc in to play but when i do nothing pops up.

I like the "skydiving" bugs in gta4. Like the ones, where u jump out of a heli from 1 kilometer high and you hit a building from very near to the ground and you are alive...wish you could do that in real life..I would do it once a week :P
