Rural Japan Life (RJL) - Vlog #3 - Taking the Taisha tour

Explore a few parts of my adopted hometown - Taisha - with me and 3 of the new JETs from Izumo.

We go to Hinomisaki todai (lighthouse) and also to the famous IzumoTaisha shrine.

I'm not sure I understand your question...

There are a lot of videos on YouTube about living/visiting Japan made by native English speakers, since there are many people from English speaking countries that are interested in Japan.

Japanese people take lots of photos and video too - trust me. :)

But Japanese vloggers haven't embraced YouTube in the same way us Westerners have - yet.  :D

ahhh - ok. Hmmm... not sure. Are there more vids about Japan than about Korea or China or the nations of Africa, etc? Perhaps, simply because many North Americans are obsessed with anime and manga and Japanese culture, so there is a ready audience for our videos. It's an interesting question... :D
