The Carnal Church with Rob Pue

Rob Pue is the editor of Wisconsin Christian News.

Rob began by documenting an experience he had with a Facebook "friend" who describes herself as a professing Christian while at the same time listing a song by Lady Gaga as her favorite new song.

He then cited another example of a pastor's Facebook page that presents the pastor's favorite secular TV shows and movies; selections that promote a myriad of behaviors and viewpoints that are totally antithetical to Christianity.

Rob respectfully and biblically examines the entertainment choices selected by these individuals and challenges listeners to ponder why anyone who claims to be one of God's sanctified people would embrace these clear demonstrations of carnality.

Rob backs up his appeal to avoid such carnality with a plentiful selection of Bible verses. He also warns listeners to watch out for pastors who preach a gospel that embraces such carnality by proclaiming a message that we can be worldly and Christian. Instead Rob properly warns that we should put off the old man and put on the new so that we can bear fruit for Christ.

This Crosstalk also includes a portion of a message from Pastor Paul Washer who builds on what Rob preached; that pastors are feeding carnal Christians in the church at the expense of the spiritual health of the true believers in their congregations.

Pue could make his point without slandering an entire ethnic group of people. There are many Roma/Gypsies who are devout Christians.

Respond to this video...I believe that some of the freedom Jesus spoke of when we come to the truth is understood and is a joy and blessing when we do make a stand and come out of the worldliness- I found it hard at first to express it to people and did fear mens reproach but the more I did it and not in a way that appeared legalisitc but with conviction- the Lord added to my strength and actually many worldly people have asked me further on the gospel because of it- they want to know

@snowleopard205 Please dont feel weird- I regularly do that and books etc. The Lord started my deep heart for discernment when the Toronto "Blessing" or curse, hit our church in 1994. Since then He has taught me to discern many things in life and begin to see the hidden (occult) agenda in Satans tangled web in the world through occultic symbolism, politics, media etc and that the world really is ready for the one world agenda as predicted. But look up for the bridegroom will not be long!

There are some interesting exposes of Gaga and the whole illuminati/ media influence of occultism in music such as Jay-z, Rhianna, Beyonce- there is no doubt that an agenda most evil and focused - whether known to the artist or not- protray freemasonry symbolism and occultic symbols- We need as Christians to study and understand this or we will be deceived.

He's using a false catholic Bible...Is there any way I can contact and reprove him? He's talking about lack of discernment in others, however he needs to discern about Bible versions...

Thank you for posting this! I've been weeding out all my dvd's that take the Lord's name in vain, and feeling like an overly-sensitive weirdo. It's good to know I'm not alone.
