  • If you don't have cones you can also do this along side a wall or the side of the nets

Hahahahaha.... Cheers mate, honestly though... It's pretty easy for you to sit behind your keyboard and say that :) Anyway, since posting that comment, I've found a bowling coach, I've improved the line and length I bowl. I'm bowling a touch faster these days... I'd like to bowl to you in the nets, it'd be quite good.

  • @eurodude9999 give up you're rubbish

  • petty good

  • was this recorded in bath

  • I am not sure if running in straight should be rammed down every bowler's throat. Since I was 13, I've always had an angular approach to the crease (a la Marshall). I jump in real close to the stumps in my last stride and my delivery is very side-on. It helps me to naturally shape the ball away from the right-handers without compromising on pace or rhythm.

I am still to be convinced that bowling with a straight run-up results in better rhythm and pace. To each his own, I guess!

  • The only issue I have with this is that the BASE is more important here because the bowler shuts his feet off (crosses over). At higher speeds this will affect his power generation and ability to bowl consistently straight and fast.

  • Lots of practice. replicating everything ball after ball
