I made the donuts and fried them but they didn't look like donuts when I fried them and they tasted like funnel cake

You see the machine at 0:32 that spits the donuts into the fryer really fast? Its also shooting a burst of air into the dough right before it hits the hot oil, creating the light fluffiness of KK's donuts. Without that machine, you will never be able to clone these donuts.
