http://www.rengadehealth.com - Raw vegetable wraps are one of my all-time favorite raw food meals...

In this show, Annmarie makes an awesome raw food recipe that can be modified to your taste and prep style.

Collards are high in phytonutients as well as vitamin K, vitamin A and vitamin C. Tahini is sesame paste that is high in iron and calcium.

Take a look and be sure to answer this episode's question of the day, because we'll be preparing the winner next week!

  • Challenge: I've never had it cooked or raw, but I would LOVE to see a vid- for Mango Cheese Cake!

  • Hello Kevin and Annmarie,

Just wanted to say thank you very much for this video and recipe. My husband and I have this at least once a week. The sauce is just perfect and awesome!

One change we made: we use big romaine leafs and/or red top leafs to actually wrap the veggies.

And we'll add some fruit, like pears. It's just delicious! So thank you!

  • While I am not a fan of avocado, I adore a chocolate mousse made with avocado, cacoa, vanilla bean, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Tastes like the original chocolate mousse without the guilt. Great topped with pistachios or slip in a little rum.

  • it would be great if you could type the recipe or at least the ingredients in the info section!

  • I'd love to see an easy chocolate truffle....with no coconuts...RAW....Thanks.

  • The best hand blender is made by Cuisinart. Costs about $30. at Bed Bath and Beyond. Use their 20% off coupon and you are all set! I will try the collard wraps soon!
