It's for the ps2 and the xbox, and you CAN drive around freely, but the world isn't that big and you would get bored pretty quickly

The game's letdown was the General's engine noise. It just sounded too high-pitched for a V8.

When I bought this game I couldn't wait to play with it man this game is awesome and I play with it so many times that I lost count anyways is great because I can see the graphics better then the other 2 they are really hard to see the graphics.
