Join Michele Yamazaki of Toolfarm on her journey of learning Maxon Cinema 4D. Episode 1: What on Earth is Michele doing? will give an overview of the project she's taking on for the next 2 months.
Really looking forward to this as I have learned a lot about certain parts of Cinema but I struggle finessing work out of it. I'll be interested to see how you approach this as I think If I recorded my early attempts it would just be hours and hours of not knowing what to do and trying to make the manual fit in my limited brain. Thanksfully nowadays we have video tutorials, yay for them!
@Shadownian It's all true. I tend to think 3D is a young mans (or womans) game. I'm 40 and find it extremely difficult to master Cinema 4D. Not learn it, learning the basics is easy, especially if you're a creative type to begin with as I firmly believe C4D is designed for creatives, not programmers. Now mastering it, I think you need that programming mindset or just a very young spongey brain that can absorb it all hehe.
you know youll be on this journey for a long time...when you first start...its like...oh that would be cool to learn...cant be too hard...then you get into it..and with each passing day you find more and more it can do...or you see other people doing amazing things and go...well now I got to learn that...then if you get decent you start entering contests to see what others think of your work...then you see the competition and you think...i need to learn more stuff!! IT NEVER ENDS!! But C4D Rules
