Look at all BHO's speeches during the campaign...he said total transparency so many times U could puke. He said during matters like this he would have C-Span cameras there for us. He said the minute a rep or senator asked for Pork in turn for a vote they would be exposed, does $300 million ring a bell?. He said BI-Partisan, then locked the door.

Where should they write it? In a park with a megaphone? Most bills are written in offices, usually with the doors closed.
