This is actually relatively easy and sometimes overlooked before placing on your steering wheel or adaptor on, but this process comes first before final assembly. If you look at the top portion of the ididit steering column you will see the shaft extending further than the length of the column then you will see the Horn Cam. The horn cam not only acts as the mechanism for your horn but also your turn signal canceling as well. Make sure your road wheels are pointed straight and your steering column is connected properly to your box or rack. With your thumb and index finger twist the horn cam until the male piece of the horn cam is at 10:30.
