EDITEDIT: I just realized, this is my 50th vid! That was why I didn't upload any amusing crap or previews before it and put a lot of effort in.

Yeah, in the end I used anima :3

So basically, if you've ever seen her video, you'll know that it's about the aeon Shiva and how she became an aeon which totally inspired me to make a vid about an aeon, too. But in this case, I did anima. I'm replaying FFX (properly this time! so I actually bothered to get anima) and when I got anima, I watched the cutscene with Seymour's mother with complete fascinacion.
When I made this I decided I had two choices, Tifa or Rinoa. I picked Rinoa because I never make FF8 vids and I liked the idea of Seymours mother being cheery until she loses THE ONE o_o So yeah, this is the angsty, coloury, effecty explosion I promised you, Mariam ;D
God, I wish I hadn't used this song, now. I'm starting to see it everywhere. I feel like a crowd follower. ew.

Story (in a nutshell):
Jyscal and Rinoa marry. Have Seymour. Jyscal too busy to hang. Rinoa takes Seymour on a pilgrimage, falls in love with Squall, Squall dies, Rinoa becomes a fayth.

Story:
Yuna and her gaurdians went to the Baaj temple to retrieve yet another aeon, Anima. But as she sees the woman appear before her, Yuna mumurs the words 'You... are Maester Seymour's mother.' The woman replies in a cold, echoing voice, 'so you know, yet still you seek my aid.'
Seymour's mother (lets just call her Rinoa, just to make things simple XD) marries a guado named Jyscal, an unknown slowly pursuing a career in politics. They barely know one another but believe they are deeply in love. Their first child is born, a boy who is half-guado and half-man, Seymour. Rinoa is overjoyed, but already Jyscal is zipping up the political ladder and is seldom at home. As she brings Seymour up, Rinoa becomes lonely. One night she is at an official party for Jscal where she meets a handsome young warrior called Squall Leonhart. Seymour is quiet at the party, but Rinoa takes his hand and forces him to join in. She is good to Seymour, but she sees him as a normal boy, without any guado in him and for this Seymour loves her dearly.
However, one day she sees him crying, mumbling words of cruelity, teasing and she sees him in his true light. Her mind overflows with sad images of what his future could hold. So she takes advantage of his keen summoning skills and they enbark on a pilgrimage to Zanarkand. Rinoa asks Squall to be Seymour's guardian, and while on the pilgrimage, they fall in love. Their affair is brief, because Squall dies in battle soon after, snatching him unexpectedly from her arms. When she finds him, she cries. The only man she truly loved was gone, so quickly and she was a changed woman. She became cold and bitter and insisted upon her becoming a fayth no matter how Seymour pleaded for her not to. As Seymour weeps, Rinoa turns to Yunalesca who waves her hand. Rinoa turns back to say a last goodbye but looks distorted, pyreflies flying around her. She suddenly fades into a white room where she feels herself being transformed. Once the transformation is complete, she is free and she re-unites with Squall.

This is wrong, really. She'd still be stuck on earth which is why the Bahamut fayth pleads with Tidus to let them go, because they're tormented souls wishing to rest in peace.
I remember THAT just not how to spell Jyscal -_-

Thank you! I tried hard to show a mother-son relationship between mini-seymour and Rinoa and particually I wanted the watcher to feel the same emotions Rinoa did at that point in her life. I'm glad you noticed that stuff! :D

Whoa...this is a lot better than I thought it to be.. and i had VERY HIGH expectations man. It blew me away.. seriously. So beautiful..the way you put it all together. Especially the voice overs. Really amazing, I'm glad I helped inspire something like this :D

I love how you made Seymour seem like Jyscal in the wedding scene. It was perfect!

The concept of this video is absolutely wonderful. You demonstrated everything so perfectly - how Seymour's mother felt about everything in her life and whatnot. It was... well, perfect.

The first time I played ffx I barely leveled up and didn't bother with any silly sidequests. I only finnished it by the skin of my teeth! I'm re-playing it now :P

The flower ones are the Magnus sisters, I very nearly did them instead of Anima. But anima is cooler, lets face it! Plus, I had a ready-made plot with anima. I'd have to make one up with the sisters o_o

When i replayed FFX i made sure i got him, the three flower people and the other aeon near the calm lands .... cant remember the names - now i'm stuck on ffx-2 trying to kill them again :P
