Nicky Larkin spent eight months in 2009 making work in the notorious Moyross and Southill estates in Limerick city. "Bullets Are Rats" is a solo show comprised of multi-channel video and sound installations which takes the viewer deep inside Ireland's most neglected estates, areas widely regarded as the worst in the country in terms of poverty, crime and deprivation.
