I think he is absolutley correct we are headed toward a disaster and something needs to be done immediately! He mentions control in a appropriate manner. I see nothing in this video where he says we need to force control on anyone. If everyone just limited their children to two or less voluntarily, the problem would be solved. It isn't going to be a conspiracy that will solve the problem. There are many examples in nature where overpopulation of a species had been dealt with by natural means, usually with a mass die off of the species. Nature can be brutal, so we would be wise for us to fix the problem before we get to that point.

Unfortunately, there is no smoking gun here. In this video, DR seems more environmentalist than eugenicist. He doesn't outline plans for controlling population. His thoughts on how to control population would be more likely to be birth control than culling blacks and gays using some mythic virus (AIDS, Ebola) that he and Kissinger conspired to create.
