@pogodapogoda That would be fine, but the Americans are not very good at finding the right people. Also what construes a "terrorist" is very unclear. What happens if a line is not drawn? Anyone against say the nazi occupation of Germany could be construed as a terrorist, does that make it alright to torture and kill all polish? Do you understand now? Their cause may have been a just one even. The end shouldn't justify the means on either side.

The point is that they are there without a trail, so they could be innocent.

And by the way, tortue is something that the West sees as totally barbaric, it would be extreemly hypocritical if the USA does it itself, witch wouldn't suprice me.
