Yeah.. That program offered by the site
MusclesMaximizer.info
delivers an in-target program for the too
skinny. It emphasizes a total-body balanced
approach. I was once a skinny guy here and
the program transformed my body to a fitness
model champion in just a short weeks.:))))))

I take 50 mg because I have zinc deficiency. No results in a month all the symphtons remain.Man said the same and tried 100 mg and it worked for him so I try that too.

@ReeferBuddy i only recently found out that 100 mg can make some people feel very sick, it even happened to me a few days ago, so i only take 25 mg to 50 mg now. it only makes you sick sometimes, but its not worth the gamble, just eat lower doses

As long as they are Amino Acid chelated your doing good. Remember that with every 15mg of zinc you take in, make sure you take 1mg of the mineral copper also.

Sounds like a good type to use. Always good to use an amino acid chelated type for best results. If you goto my homepage click on the videos and select the Importance of Copper in Bodybuilding Nutrition for info on Copper. I wish you well with your nutritional goals.

Copper contributes significantly to the conversion and metabolism of Cholesterol into Testosterone. Copper contributes also to protein synthesis and muscle tissue repair. Copper is also helpful in keeping your immune system strong to help counter balance the stressed induced microtrauma from weight training. Copper is nessesary in the synthesis of red and white blood cells. Copper also aids in the absorption of Iron and helping to release stored Iron from the Liver. The RDA is set at 2mg.

does zma work???

Never tried ZMA so I can't really say either way. But I have tried Zinc Monomethionate or Opti-zinc. This is the type of amino acid bound Zinc that is in ZMA. I used the Zinc Monomethionate by itself and had sleeping problems. I believe that the Monomethionate amino acid produces excititory neurotransmitters which can inadvertently affect sleep so I discontinued its use.
I am going to try an Arginine bound type to see what happends. Lee
