@graydog3971 You have NOOOO idea what your talking about dude... I went through it. This is real, by the way its done in CIVIL court. So anyone, ANYONE with an axe to grind against you, and has a little bit of your personal information can use these laws to RUIN YOUR LIFE... and my friend it will end up costing you 5 grand to fight it and get it off of you, and you might not even win. I am telling you its real, its true, im not some nut. It happened to me and I barely knew the person. wake up..

@graydog3971 dude you must be from the sticks, dont you have the slightest idea that legislation passed in the 90's can allow a woman youve never even met get a protective order against you, and if the judge approves that order (which they almost always do!) you can be stripped of your 2d amendment rights, have restrictions on your movements, and be subjected to felony penalties if she decides to repeatedly report you. hahahha you need to brush up on current affairs my man.

@sysopkc so you are saying if someone is stalking or harassing a woman they should not be abel to tell the police?? were the hell do you come from!?!? secondly its not the right to free assemble its the right to peaceful assembly, and yes its the right to bear arms but technically speaking arms is any kind of weapon so gun laws do not go against your freedoms, as for freedom of the press there are hundreds of newspapers spewing flat out lies and the government has not done anything to them

@graydog3971 the right to free assembly, the right to face an accuser, the right to freely bear arms, the right to free press, look it goes on and on. The average citizen doesnt understand that there are executively produced laws that if aimed at you can take away a tremendous number of your civil rights as a citizen without even a hearing. For example there are battery laws that allow a woman to simply go into a police station and state she is afraid of you, and you will be f**ked. look it up!
