The Vic Reeves Slade thing is very funny - don't know why you got a thumbs down for saying that - Slade themselves thought it was hysterical too, they love it!

Apparently the producers of the show were worried about possible legal action and so sent Noddy (and maybe the others) copies of the script. Noddy liked it so much he replied with suggestions for improvements, so it is much closer to reality than you might imagine ;-)
