Vintage Power: Canadian National SD40u's Lead 'The Scab Train' ! [HD]

Becoming a rarity on Canadian National are second generation EMD units, such as the SD40u. CN 907, or 'The Scab Train' as popularily reffered to by railfans is a management train which operates along the Halton and Dundas subdivision, training employee's in the management field how to operate a locomotive. Traditionally CN 907 operated with a pair of SD60F units, which quickly became boring to most railfans in Southern Ontario. However, in mid November 907 began to operate under the power of SD40u's. On November 12th 2011 CN 907 is seen at Bayview Junction performing an abnormal wye operation with veteran SD40u 6007 leading 6016 in matching CN North America paint.

CN has these classed as SD40-3's Ryan. Just an FYI for you. Also, it will be scary if one has to work with these guys. They are training on short and light trains with almost all empties. They are not training on 9000 foot, 15000 ton slinky's that like to rip in pieces for no reason.
