@hydrashok556 Theater Rules of Engagement change from one point to another. You may need your weapon in Condition One (Magazine Inserted, Round in Chamber, Safety On) while patrolling, but for safety the rules change when you walk inside the wire of your Forward Operating Base. So depending on where you are, the rules are different. It is a given part of every military protocol that soldiers won't be walking around absolutely everywhere with their weapons fully loaded.

@CraxyMitch Not really sure what that has to do with rules of engagement at all. Just because your rifle is chambered and in a much smarter fighting condition doesn't change a thing about ROE.
