Easy question. It's because many black women create their own reality. The reality that good black men do not exist. Well life and death is in the power of the tongue and what you speak will form your own delusional bubble. So when one operates on the idea that their are no good black men, what do you think will happen when they meet someone like Hill Harper? They will refuse to acknowledge his existence because it goes against their twisted perception they already have.

I love to hear this brother speak, but it baffles me everytime why he CHOOSES to stay single with all the available, beautiful, educated, Godly black women in the world. This makes no sense.

The book reads very well, Im reading it write now. Its obvious from his writing that he has read many books, he is very well educated Brown and Harvard! It's an important issue in the brown community. Im in my early 20s but its already become something I think of, even of Im not attracted to brown men its likely I will marry one but the way things are I wonder about that. I would encourage everyone to buy the book, expand your mind.
