Nick and Jocelyn part 17

Jocelyns POV

I was sitting there in the tour bus thinking about everything that had been going on. Miley was sitting across from me and I couldnt bear to look her way. Nick was in the other part of the bus watching tv. I couldnt help but look at him the whole time.

Joe: hey do you know why Nick has been acting weird lately?
Jocelyn: um no I dont know
Joe: Is there something wrong did he hurt you?
Jocelyn: No Joe he never hurt me
Joe: ok well just making sure

We were getting off the bus and normally I wasnt clumsy but my head was spinning in all different directions right now. I was getting off the bus and I tripped and I fell right on Nick.

Jocelyn: oh I'm sorry
Nick: whatever

I felt like a terrible person. I had hurt him so badly not only with my fall but I had broken his heart. What kind of a person would do that? Oh right the kind that didnt want to ruin his life by everyone thinking he was a jerk. We were backstage now at our next arena.

Nicks POV

I was sitting there backstage with everyone. Jocelyn looked over at me and this time I didnt look away I kept looking at her. She looked so upset and hurt. How could she be upset she was the one that broke MY heart. I wanted to run over to her and just hug her and kiss her.

Jocelyns POV

I just wanted to go over to him and hug him and kiss him. Everything was going wrong. Now Miley is trying to talk to him. We were backstage getting ready and prepared and I pretended not to be listening to what Miley was saying to him.

Miley: wow I guess it really wasnt meant to be with you and Jocelyn huh?
Nick: umm I'm not talking about this right now.
Miley: Dont you just want to let it all out?
Nick: no thats exactly what I DONT want to do.
Miley: Well since things didnt work out with her do you maybe wanna do something sometime?
Nick: on a date with you?
Miley: yeah duh
Nick: yeah not at the top of my list right now.
Miley: please? it will help you get your mind off of her
Nick: after you lied to me about her and told her lies about what I said are you listening to yourself?
Miley: yeah but I did it because I want to be with you
Nick: whatever
Miley: even Jocelyn said we make a good couple right Jocelyn?

I looked up at her
Jocelyn: uh what?
Miley: remeber when you said that me and Nick would look good together?
Miley was mouthing to me: you better say yeah or I'll tell everyone like I said I would

Jocelyn: uh yeah sure you do

I ran to the bathroom. I went into the stall and started crying. Why couldnt all of this be over! It would be so much easier.

Nicks POV

I couldnt believe Jocelyn had actually said we made a good couple. I couldnt picture myself with anyone but her.

Miley: so a date sometime?
Nick: I'll think about it
Miley: YES!! I'm so happy Nicky!

I needed to seriously talk to Jocelyn about everything.
