Check out IZZYBARISH on his channel as he has great exercises. He's 62. Also, Roby Mitchell, M.D. is 55 & his channel is DrFittt
He had advanced prostrate cancer & treated himself. Very interesting man.
Won't squatting like that ruin your knees?

@johngiglia123
Do you see them ruined? Then, evidently not.

Dear Mr.Kurz
in your articles you say it is impossible to do the same exercise months on end because of plateau. Yet you also say it is possible to get to 500 situps. Explain.

You say that because of your shoulders, pushups are hard for you. What has happened to your shoulders? An accident, or something you would contribute to your stretching regimen?
I've got a copy of your book Stretching Scientifically, and I use it and like it alot. However, it was first written in the 90s, and references physiological data and experiments from as long ago as the 70s... Do you still consider your opinions in that book correct? Do you have any plans on writing a new book?

“What has happened to your shoulders? An accident, or something you would contribute to your stretching regimen?”
@TheYtcomments
No, my shoulder problems were not caused by stretching. For details read my answer to comments for No-Sweat Workout (October 22, 2009) at tomkurz.com.
On the references: Actually, in the book I listed even older references--from 1950s. Do you think that human physiology has changed since the 1950s (or 1050s)?
No plans for a new book.
